They served as a Professional Coach for an aspiring administrator and they conducted team building for the administrative team. In each case, they were exemplary!

In terms of the Professional Coaching, they not only provided an amazing service, but their specific contact became an administrator with the Career Center. She is better prepared for the daily responsibilities and has turned into a fabulous team player.

I have been working with Diane Dixon for over two years and have found her very impactful, both to my personal practice business and office as a managing director for Northwestern Mutual. I was skeptical of coaching, at first. I couldn’t imagine why I would need to hire a coach to tell me what I already knew how to do. Having been a public accountant and Senior Financial Officer for a large corporation, I knew I had the analytical skills to be successful in my choice of a post-retirement career as a Wealth Management Advisor. What I didn’t realize was the value Diane would bring to my practice, as my coach, who helped me set my focus on the variables in this business that would really make a difference. Her knowledge of the One Page Business Plan, along with her experience and history in this industry, allowed her to keep me motivated and focused to generate great results.
