Denise spent 20+ years in numerous leadership roles in her community, school district and non-profit organizations providing her experience in strategic planning, communication and leading teams.  Her clients find her coaching style to be direct, encouraging, intuitive, challenging and most always laced with humor.  Denise enjoys working with motivated individuals, entrepreneurs and business owners that have the courage to make their futures bigger than their past.

2014 Recipient of the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce S.L. Stephan Service Award

This service award, given in Colonel S.L. Stephan’s honor was established in 1986. This award publicly recognizes a person who has worked unselfishly, through voluntary services, to promote the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce and the Xenia Area Community for at least the past two years.

This evening’s recipient has created an impressive portfolio of civic involvement and commitment to volunteerism in the Xenia community and beyond.

The 2014 S.L. Stephan Award for outstanding voluntary service is awarded to

2010 Recipient of the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce Robert G. Babb Chairman Award

Nearly 300 members and guests were on hand for XACC’s 62nd Annual Awards dinner. They were there to pay tribute to the “best of the best” in the Chamber and community with the presentation of these awards:  Denise Davis, Robert G. Babb Award; TJAR Innovations (Tony and Jan Arsenault), Dodd’s Monument Industrial Award; IHS Pharmacy (Steve Weeks and Greg Fiely), Russ Remick Retail/Service Industries Award; and Dr. Jeffrey Lewis, S. L. Stephan Volunteer Service Award.

The Robert G. Babb Award, sponsored by File Sharpening Co., was presented by Tim Sontag to Denise Davis, co-owner of 3F Coaching.  The award is given to the individual who makes the most significant contribution to the Chamber Chairman of the Board during his/her tenure.  “This year’s Babb award winner,” Sontag praised, “is someone who walks the talk.”  “I was so lucky to have her help, her wise words, and her steadying influence this past year, and more pleased to have her friendship going forward.”

2009 Recipient of the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce Russ Remick Retail-Service Award

The Russ Remick Retail-Service Award is presented to a business that demonstrates innovation in product or service, is recognized as an industry leader in their field, demonstrates participation and leadership in civic involvement, displays honorable and ethical operation of the business organization and demonstrates pride in operation and facility.

Our recipient this year, 3FCoaching, Denise Davis and Diane Dixon, returned to the Xenia area a few years ago and quickly got involved in the local community by generously providing talent and skill to Xenia community. Their involvement includes serving on the Partners in Education Chamber committee, the Annual Dinner Planning Committee, providing a Customer Service program to the chamber members, working with Xenia Community schools and district on problem solving and team building, catalysts in the launching of The Cleft student center, leaders in the Greene County Relay for Life, active Rotarian and serving on the board of directors of the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce.
