Group Coaching

Group Coaching

What is Group Coaching?

Group Coaching is a facilitated mutual-coaching process that is lead by a professional coach and maximizes the combined energy of the group members to produce greater success than they are able to achieve alone.

How does Group Coaching Work?

Group Coaching is facilitated by a coach via telephone bridge/conference call in groups of up to 10 people. A coaching group is most effective when the participants have a common objective or vision. (Ex. Production goals, industry achievement (MDRT), or Life and Business Balance) Groups meet on a regular basis over a specific time period with clear objectives that produce measurable results.

What are the Benefits of Group Coaching?

  • Allows more people to have the expertise of a professional coach.
  • Brings immense collective wisdom to each individual group member.
  • Elevates individual and collective achievement with the group accountability.
  • Creates an environment of confidentiality and support.
  • Promotes feedback and advice from group members.
  • Members experience amazing shared ‘aha’ moments that allow change and progress.
  • Taps into the collective energy and expertise to inform, inspire and motivate members.
  • Encourages experimentation and risk taking with the support of the group.
  • Group coaching creates a community of peers who become advocates.

Team Coaching

Team coaching is available in a group coaching format. When the entire team works together so much can be accomplished. Leveraging individual gifts and strengths is colossal. If you want to get more out of your team, we can help.

Peer Coaching

Peer coaching is available in a group coaching format. Connecting with people in the same profession who share a similar vision, face related challenges, and are hungry for nutritious accountability offers many benefits. If you would like to engage with your peers in a nutritious environment, this coaching format may be ideal for you.

Affinity Coaching

Affinity coaching is available in a group coaching format. We all like to feel understood. The experience of someone else can save us valuable time and money. Connecting with people who share like interests may be just what you need to move you forward. (Some examples of affinity groups are: marketing to the elderly, building a business while raising young children, or successfully blending the numerous roles you hold.)
